 A refreshing and energizing Yoga Session was conducted for our Grade 6 students, focusing on building physical strength, mental clarity, and inner balance. 🌿Students actively participated in various asanas and breathing exercises, learning the importance of discipline, flexibility, and mindfulness in their daily lives. The session aimed to instill healthy habits at an early age and promote a holistic approach towards well-being. 💫 It was wonderful to see our young learners embracing yoga with enthusiasm and positivity!
