Martyrs Day (Special Assembly)

  Martyrs Day is observed in India on 30th January every year to honour the martyrs of our motherland. Children should never forget that our country's freedom fighters sacrificed their lives to attain freedom. With the same objective, a special assembly was organized by middle-wing students of Grade 8 Hindukush in RPS International School, Sec 89 Gurugram. Under the guidance of active teachers, students prepared many performances to showcase their talent. On this occasion, students geared up to present the assembly with morning prayers which were followed by Thought of the day and Poem Recitation. A melodious group song performance evoked a patriotic spirit among the students. Back to back three dance items were performed but a special group dance act based on Rani Laxmibai stole the show. REPUBLIC DAY ACTIVITY (Middle Wing)

 May the brave leaders of our glorious nation guide us to peace and prosperity so that we can hold our heads high and be proud of our country. Our 74th Republic day was celebrated with pride and reverence at RPS International School Sec-89, Gurugram on 25th Jan 2023. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the tricoloured national flag by Principal ma'am Mrs. Shiva Yadav accompanied by a group of dignitaries.  Flag hoisting was followed by the National anthem to pay tribute to our freedom fighters. On the other hand, a few fun-loving cultural activities were organized for middle-wing students. It included patriotic poem recitation for Grade 6, Rangoli making for Grade 7 and Poster making for Grade 8. Each class celebrated this day with great gusto towards their country and its constitution. Our students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity at school. Middle wing students celebrated the day with great enthusiasm honouring the constitution of India.

PARAKRAM DIWAS

  Freedom in mind, faith in our heart and memories in our souls. Lets us salute our nation on Republic day. On birthday of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, an event was conducted by Ministry of Defence in coordination with Indian Armed Forces at JLN stadium New Delhi. We always provide an opportunity to our Students of RPS International Sec- 89 Gurugram, to become part of a spectacular programme organised by govt. This event had been proved as a golden chance for our students to be enlightened. Ministry of Tribal affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence with the Indian Coast Guard as the coordinating agency, celebrated first day of 'Adi Shaurya'- Parv Parakram ka. Shri Om Birla, speaker of Lok Sabha and shri Arjun Munda, Union Minister for tribal affairs graced Adi Shaurya festival. Their grand finale showcased a performance by padma shree and famous playback singer Kailash kher followed by a spectacular coming together of the artists from armed forces and tribal dances
