 The students of Grade 8 conducted a meaningful and engaging assembly on the occasion of World Health Day, highlighting the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The event commenced with confident anchoring by Adish and Sanvi, setting a positive tone for the morning. Kurvi led the pledge, inspiring everyone to adopt healthy habits and responsible choices. Yatharth and Shanaya shared a thoughtful message that encouraged mindfulness and self-care, followed by Kenisha presenting the latest news updates. Atharv delivered a powerful speech emphasizing the significance of a balanced lifestyle, while Lavanya concluded the assembly beautifully with a heartfelt poem. The assembly served as a gentle reminder that good health is the foundation of a happy life.

 In an effort to nurture emotionally strong and resilient learners, the senior students of classes XI–XII participated in an insightful session on stress management conducted by Dr. Uma and Mr. Anshuman Mehra from Aarvy Hospital. The session focused on recognizing stress, managing triggers, and adopting healthy practices like mindfulness, time management, yoga, and exercise. Their expert guidance helped students gain practical strategies to handle academic pressure effectively. The session encouraged students to prioritise mental well-being and build a healthy, balanced lifestyle. An enriching experience that empowered students to stay balanced, positive, and resilient.
