Peace begins with a smile - assembly by Pre-Primary

Peace begins with a smile, kindness in the heart, and love for all.” The Pre-Primary Wing of RPS International School, Sector 89 celebrated World Peace Day with great enthusiasm and positivity. The campus was filled with warmth and harmony as little learners were introduced to the beautiful message of peace, kindness, friendship, and unity. The celebration aimed to help children understand the importance of living together with love, respect, and care for everyone. The programme began with a prayer, Thought of the Day, and a short introduction about the meaning of peace — explaining how simple acts like sharing, helping others, speaking kindly, and saying sorry can make the world a happier place. The celebration continued with peace rhymes, storytelling sessions, and creative activities like drawing peace symbols and making friendship badges, which kept the children actively engaged and joyful. Some children also dressed in white attire holding peace doves and placards with messages of love and unity, adding charm and meaning to the celebration. Under the caring guidance of their teachers Ms.Shivani Ms.Pooja, the children participated with excitement and confidence. Their innocent smiles and enthusiastic involvement made the celebration truly special and memorable. The day beautifully reminded everyone that peace starts with small actions — being kind, helping others, and spreading happiness wherever we go.
