Special Assembly (Theme: Dr. Ambedkar 's birth Anniversary)

Cultivation of mind should be the ultimate aim of human existence.

.Dr. B. R. Ambedkar or Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was an economist, social reformer and a politician. Throughout his life he fought for the rights of untouchables, and rose from a poor child to many prominent positions in the Indian government, through his hard work and principles. He is considered as the chief architect of the Indian constitution who played an important role in framing it.
To celebrate Dr. Ambedkar 's birth anniversary, a special assembly was organised by the students of Class VI Bhaskara. The assembly started with a prayer. A beautiful group song set the tone of the assembly. The students presented a wonderful skit highlighting the important aspects of the Indian Constitution.
The Class teacher, Ms. Nivedita also enlightened the students with her words.
The beloved Co-ordinator of the Middle Wing, Ms. Vipasha Sharma then addressed the students and motivated them with her pearls of wisdom.
The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
Middle Wing also organized an activity for the students of Classes VII and VIII. Students wrote articles on 'The life and struggles of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and drew his picture.
Students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm and the day was a great success.

Happy Childrens'  Day. Let's protect and love the precious gems of our lives.  The Childrens' Day assembly at school was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy on 14th November wherein a special assembly was organised by the students of grade X Alpha. The event, which was organized to honor the birthday of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru , the first Prime Minister of India, was filled with a series of fun-filled and educational activities under the guidance of honorable principal ma'am.
