A Celebration of Light and Unity at RPS International School, 89 The Diwali assembly at RPS International School was a vibrant tribute to the festival of lights, thoughtfully curated by our students to capture the deeper essence of this beloved celebration. The assembly opened with a serene prayer by Mother Teresa House students, creating a peaceful ambiance that set the tone for the festivities. Saanvi led the pledge with sincerity, while Aashi and Vandita shared insights, reminding us of Diwali’s message of new beginnings, joy, and kindness. Dakshita kept us informed with national Diwali highlights, and Dikshita spoke passionately about the importance of an eco-friendly Diwali. Garima’s speech on Diwali’s cultural richness resonated with us all, and a beautifully performed skit brought to life the victory of good over evil. Special Assembly Diwali (Senior Wing)

Light up your world with the spark of love and positivity so let’s add some sparkle to this Diwali and spread light everywhere. Diwali is a significant festival for Hindus all over the world. It is a time to celebrate the victory of good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. Class X Kappa organised a special assembly to celebrate the festival of lights. Assembly commenced with prayer to the almighty followed by a mesmerizing recital of 'Ramayan's chaupais'. There was a captivating dance performance also by the students. The Principal, Ms.Shiva Yadav ma'am applauded the students and their mentor and also highlighted the importance of the festival in today's context. The Diwali celebration at our school not only provided a platform to enjoy the festivities but also promoted cultural understanding and unity among students.

 “अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर ले जाने वाला पर्व है दिवाली।” Today’s Diwali celebrations in our school reflected this beautiful message of light over darkness and the victory of good over evil. Our middle school students from grades 6th to 8th participated enthusiastically in Toran making, Diya decoration, and Rangoli making competitions. Through their creativity and dedication, they embraced the spirit of Diwali, symbolizing unity, joy, and positivity.
