Special Assembly (Theme: Guru Nanak Jayanti) Senior Wing

 Guru Nanak Dev ji was the first of the ten Sikh gurus and the founder of Sikhism. His birth anniversary is observed as ‘Gurpurab’ across the globe. He travelled widely to spread the message of oneness and compassion. Class IX beta of RPS International School, sec-89 presented a special assembly on 10th November, 22. The students came dressed in traditional Sikh attire. The assembly commenced with "lamp lightning" by the revered Principal, Ms. Shiva yadav. Prayer followed. Some students then came forward to chant SHABAD- a religious hymn sung for the Guru. That moment was truly divine and touched everyone's heart and soul. Students shared useful information relating to the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji. A quiz was then conducted to check the students knowledge about the day's significance. The assembly concluded by our heads appreciating the performance of the dynamic performers and encouraging them to follow upon what Guru Nanak Dev ji taught and lived for.

 The morning assembly of Class 7B was conducted with great enthusiasm on the topics “Should Art Be Separated from Science?” and “AI in Teens’ Life: Empowerment or Dependency?” The program was skillfully anchored by Vaibhav Thakur and Chhavi. The thought for the day by Bhavya Karwal and Heeral Singla motivated everyone to think positively, followed by the news update presented confidently by Shivansh Dwivedi.
