Assembly (Theme: Cyber Safety and Security) Middle Wing

 Data is the pollution problem of the information age, and protecting privacy is the environmental challenge....

Cyber crimes are a serious threat in the age of the internet.Youth and children are the most vulnerable.

To spread awareness, students of Grade VIII Aravalli, Himalaya and Hindukush conducted a theme based assembly on Cyber safety and security .

Assembly began with chanting of Gayatri mantra and morning prayers to seek the blessings of god preceded by a mind-boggling thought by Atiksh and news headlines by Khushi.

A mind-provoking skit on cyber safety and a Mime on overuse of technology were absolutely amusing.Devanshi and Rajvi from 8 Aravalli delivered provocative and inspiring dialogues to make the audience aware regarding cyber safety.Ms. Himani ma'am shared her experience on cyber crime and precautionary measures for the children.

Principal ma'am, Ms. Shiva Yadav admired the performances and efforts of teachers and discouraged the overuse of social media platforms at children's tender age.

The assembly concluded with  the National Anthem.

Diya Decoration Activity

Diya Decoration Activity was held on Tuesday ,October  15 2019 for  Grade VI to VIII. The main purpose of this activity was to explore the students imagination ,creativity and celebrate the Festival of Lights in its true spirit. Diyas symbolize the supremacy and consequence of brightness over darkness. Students have painted,decorated and made enticing diyas as a part of diwali celebration. They acquired knowledge on the importance of making diyas and lightening all over to celebrate the victory of Lord Rama. It was sheer  and a great experience for all students who were the reasons for making this activity a great success.

Science Quiz Grade X

 "Knowledge is the only kind of wealth that multiplies when you give it away”.  An inter- house Science Quiz was conducted today for the students of class X.The aim of the science quiz was to inculcate a spirit of scientific enquiry and analytical thinking amongst the students of grade X and to provide a platform to the students for exchanging thoughts.  The event witnessed enthusiastic preparation and participation. There were four rounds in total. The first round was 'Choose Appropriate Answers' followed by the other three rounds namely 'MCQ Round, Unscramble Round and the Rapid Fire round'. The students put their best efforts while answering the questions in the different rounds of the quiz. It provided an opportunity for the participants to explore the world of science. The Kalpana Chawla House won the quiz and bagged the first position. Second position was bagged by Mother Teresa House. APJ Abdul Kalam stood on the third position followed by S. Ramanujan House
